The median house value in the neighborhood is $602,600, according to data from Zillow.
Bounded by Fifth Avenue N, Fourth Street N, 30th Avenue N and Tampa Bay, the Old Northeast features a wide variety of home styles: Mediterranean, Italian Renaissance, Craftsman bungalow, ranch-style, cottage and Dutch colonial.
Several of the streets are still made of Augusta bricks, and the hex block sidewalks have become a symbol of the neighborhood, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It's St. Petersburg's oldest neighborhood, established in 1911. [Read more about the history of the area here.]
